When you complete our enquiry form we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you’re interested in, your preferred date and time, and any message you send.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment. We do not use your information for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell it.
How it’s handled
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through our forms provider, Web3Forms. It travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you, and store them securely.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Contact us at zimbinixaba93@gmail.com and we’ll act on your request.
